Virco carries a large selection of educational and institutional furniture, all of which are stocked, assembled, or made year-round at our factories in Conway, Arkansas, and Torrance, California. Generally our products are ready to ship in 10 business days from order acknowledgement. In some instances, they may ship faster. During the heavy summer months unusually high demand for a specific item may result in longer lead times. Contact us with questions about when a specific product will be available to ship.
Orders
Placing an order
An order may be placed through our online store. This will be accomplished by the user completing the checkout portion of the online store and entering a valid credit card for the purchase. Sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D. orders. We do accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover as forms of payments. If you require additional assistance, please contact us via the live chat function or send us an email.
Registration, Order Status and Tracking
You do not need to create an account to make a purchase, ask a question, or participate in conversations at VircoStore.com. If you do choose to create an account, you can login to see past orders and check the status of current orders. If you do not create an account, you will need your order number to check the status of an order.
Pricing Policy
Prices are firm and they are indicated on our website and price lists, including any sale prices. Shipping and handling estimates are provided based upon the delivery zip code you provide. Prices displayed DO NOT include tax. Taxes are clearly indicated and added to your total before checkout if applicable.
Acceptance of Order
Orders through our online store are processed when checkout is complete. An order acknowledgement is emailed once the order is processed and additionally when any change is made to the order. Please contact us via email if there are any questions on the order or the order acknowledgement.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as forms of payment. Your credit card will be charged upon checkout.
Receiving Products
Please contact us with any discrepancies or questions.
Verify Count
Make sure you receive as many cartons as listed on the delivery receipt. If any shortage is discovered, note exactly how many cartons are short on the carrier’s delivery receipt and have the driver note the shortage on your copy.
Carefully Examine Each Carton for Damage
If damage is visible, note this fact on the delivery receipt and have the driver clearly note the damage on your copy. If you suspect that the carton contents may be damaged, insist that the driver remain present while you open the carton and jointly inspect the contents. Any concealed damage discovered should also be noted on the delivery receipt and on your copy. Be sure to retain your copy.
Immediately After Delivery, Open All Cartons and Inspect for Concealed Damage
All cartons should be opened and contents inspected for possible concealed damage.
Report any Problems to VircoStore.com Immediately
If damage is found, details should be reported to Virco immediately.
Returns and Exchanges
Changes or Cancellations
You may cancel an order that has not shipped. Virco will accept returns of product within 30 days of shipment. Contact us via email for any returns or warranty replacement issues.

Social Media
We do not provide Social Media link buttons on our website. We do this to protect your privacy. Sites that provide these link buttons agree to allow those Social Media companies to track all the user’s movement and actions while visiting their site (even if you are not logged into those social media accounts at that time). We choose not to allow this. You may, at your discretion, choose to post things from our site to Social Media. If you do, any tracking that occurs will be based on your choice to post this information with a third party site. We will never track your movement on our site, nor use information on specific pages you have visited to drive targeted advertisements after you leave our site.
