How long does it take to receive my furniture?
While we do keep some furniture pieces in stock, we make most of our products after we receive the order. Because we manufacture and ship from California and from Arkansas, our typical time to make your furniture is less time that it takes for furniture made overseas to even make it to our ports. We typically can produce your product in 3-5 weeks. With ground shipping, and depending on where you are in the country, you can expect to receive your product in 4-7 weeks form the time you place the order.
What is your refund and guarantee policy?
You can cancel any order that hasn’t shipped by contacting us. We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. We guarantee the workmanship of our products for 10 years. In addition, we can provide refurbishment services on most of our products if they get damaged or worn. You can call us or send us an email if you would like more information.
If I have a special need or product thought, can you make a custom product for me?
Because we make everything in our US factories, we are very flexible. Send us an email with your request. If we can make it, and you have time to wait for it, we probably can help.
Your prices seem high compared to other products online, why is that?
If you’ve been searching for furniture online, you know there are a wide variety of prices out there. If you compare our prices to items of equivalent quality, our items are priced very fairly, often less than half the price or our competition. A lot of the less expensive options online are made overseas using lower grade materials that simply don’t last as long as the materials we use. If you were to divide the price of the product by the number of years of use you will get, our product will always be the highest value. Our products are built to last. We’ve seen products last through generations of families.
Do you offer expedited service or shipping?
Our products are mostly made to order. Sometimes we have products already produced and ready to go. Drop us an email and we can check if we have what you are looking for, in stock and ready to go. If you are flexible on finish, we may be able to help. As for expedited shipping, our prices include ground shipping. Because our products are heavy and bulky, expedited shipping can be costly and we would have to pass that cost on to you. What can I expect when my furniture arrives?
Furniture tends to be large and heavy, especially desks and tables. Some of our products come unassembled. Instructions are included, but you can always call us if you need more guidance. Some boxes may require two people to lift. If you have special delivery requirements please contact us.
