How long does it take to receive my furniture?

We make most of our products after we receive the order, from parts we have pre-built. This normally takes us less than 2 weeks. We ship from California and from Arkansas and shipping time will vary depending on where you are receiving the product. If you have a specific question, you can give us a call or send us an email.

What is your refund and guarantee policy?

You can cancel any order that hasn’t shipped by contacting us. We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. We guarantee the workmanship of our products for 10 years. You can call us or send us an email if you would like more information.

I'm looking for another Virco product that isn't shown on, can I get it?

Virco makes over 3,000 models of products with over 250,000 variations. We can’t show everything here. If you are interested in something else we make, send us an email and we’ll get right back to you with a way you can purchase that product.

If I have a special need or product thought, can you make a custom product for me?

Because we make everything in our US factories, we are very flexible. Send us an email with your request. If we can make it, and you have time to wait for it, we probably can help.

Your prices seem high compared to other products online, why is that?

Our products have been designed to withstand the rigorous environment of K-12 schools. We have seen product last 50 or more years in continual use. To achieve these results, we use a very high caliber of raw material. If you were to take the average annual cost of some of these cheaper internet options based upon their years of usability, you would find our products’ annual cost in comparison is actually very low. Additionally, all our prices include shipping. Our prices do not include assembly, but if you are interested in this service, please send us an email.

Do you offer expedited service or shipping?

Our products are mostly made to order from parts we have pre-made. Sometimes we have products already assembled and ready to go. Drop us an email or call us, and we can check if we have what you are looking for, ready to go. If you are flexible on color, we can probably make something happen. As for expedited shipping, our prices include ground shipping. Because our products are heavy and bulky, expedited shipping can be costly and we would have to pass that cost on to you. If you would like to explore this option, send us an email and we’ll see what the additional cost would be.

What can I expect when my furniture arrives?

Furniture tends to be large and heavy, especially desks and tables. Some of our products come unassembled. Instructions are included, but you can always call us if you need more guidance. Some boxes may require two people to lift. If you have special delivery requirements please contact us.
